We accept returns within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We expect that customers may test a spray or two before deciding to return, but we do not accept bottles that have been used more than slightly or beyond our 30-day return window; such items will be sent back to you.

Please note that products purchased as part of a bundle must be returned in full to qualify for a refund; otherwise, we can only offer an exchange. For more information, please contact our Customer Services Team at contact@robinandbarrow.com.

For returns of Home Reed/Car Diffusers, please ensure the closure cap is included, as returns without it cannot be accepted.

1. What type of fragrance are these?
All our offerings are Parfums, which represent the most concentrated form of fragrance available.

2. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, our fragrances are made with vegan-friendly oils, and are absolutely cruelty-free. We firmly believe in ethical practices.

3. Can I spray these on my clothing?
Due to a higher oil content for enhanced longevity, like all perfumes, special caution should be exercised when spraying on clothes, and this should be done at your own risk.

4. How should I store my perfume?
It's crucial to store all perfumes away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to maintain their quality. Improper storage can adversely affect the product.
