Returns and Refunds policy
We offer a 30-day window for customers to return products for a refund or exchange. We understand that customers may need to test a spray or two before deciding to return the product, but we cannot accept returns if the product is deemed as used for more than a test spray, Additionally, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns of 5ml sample size bottles.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Return postage
We are unable to meet the costs of returning item(s), unless the order is incorrect, faulty or damaged on arrival. For all other reasons, the return postage is at your own expense. For returns, we strongly recommend using a tracked option or at least obtaining a free proof of posting slip from the post office which can help recover the cost of the item should it be lost or damaged in transit.
To make a return, simply contact our team, and provide your name and the order number you’d like to return.
Once we receive the returned order, our team will issue a refund to the original purchase payment method within 5 working days.
